Walk Walk Walk!

There are so many benefits to walking!

The American Heart Association says to get at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes per week of vigorous aerobic activity, or a combination of both, to help maintain good health,

And, I am so glad to have discovered Leslie Sansone’s “Walk At Home” fitness routines!  Walking is my jam, and when I can walk, and workout other parts of my body, at the same time, for maximum benefits, and in 15 minutes a day, there are no more excuses.  Love her!

There are 15-20-25-30 minute or more segments, that are broken down, to 1 mile, etc.  No matter your fitness level, I bet you will enjoy her workouts.
