Do you do Yoga? I have in the past, and currently looking for a studio that has opened up in my area.
I really enjoy the peace and relief my body receives, as well as making new friends, who have the same interest as me. And that is finding sanctuary during a yoga class. When you are able to relax and breathe easily, you begin to release the stress that builds up, allowing you, for a time, to find that peace, physically and mentally.
